In a rare interview, Paris Jackson, the 22-year-old daughter of Michael Jackson, spoke openly about her relationship with her three siblings. Paris discussed her upbringing and family dynamics in an episode of her Facebook Watch series, Unfiltered, which aired on July 21.

Paris and her brothers, Prince Jackson, 23, and Blanket Jackson, 18, revealed that they consider Omer Bhatti, a 36-year-old Norwegian dancer and rapper, as their “oldest brother.” This revelation may come as a surprise to those who only knew about Prince and Blanket.

During the show, Omer confirmed his place within the Jackson family and explained his connection to Paris and her brothers. He shared that his mother was employed as Prince’s nanny when he was born, and he has been there for Paris since she was a baby. Omer considers himself an older brother and has always seen the Jackson children as his own siblings.

Paris, who is 22 years old, expressed her love and appreciation for her older brothers, calling them her closest friends. She emphasized that they have never had any major conflicts or disagreements. Paris went on to share that she and Omer have always had a harmonious relationship, while she and Prince, who is only 14 months older, naturally had more typical sibling arguments.

Omer, being close to all the Jackson siblings, observed their individual growth and provided unique insights into their personalities. According to him, Paris has always been a bit of a rebel compared to Prince. He mentioned that when they were children, Prince and Paris were often opposites in terms of their behavior and preferences.

Prince, being the older brother, took on the role of guiding Paris and helping her understand right from wrong. Omer shared that Prince’s more responsible nature allowed him to be a positive influence on Paris, who was more inclined to challenge authority. Despite their differences, the siblings’ bond remained strong throughout the years.

Omer Bhatti, also known as O-Bee, first crossed paths with Michael Jackson when he started performing at the age of nine. He described how the opportunities that came with his talent ultimately led to him becoming a part of Michael’s life. Michael became a father figure and mentor for Omer, who looked up to him and learned a great deal from him.

Summing up his experience, Omer said, “I was like a sponge, soaking up everything when I was a young child. Michael claimed that I was like a miniature version of him, and I eventually joined him on his tour, sitting almost right on the stage.”

Paris Jackson’s interview sheds light on the deep connection between her and her siblings and the bond they share with Omer Bhatti. It brings to the forefront the loving and supportive nature of their relationships, proving that family is not solely defined by bloodlines but also by the connections we create.
