But what happens when a mother wants to join her son and his new bride on their romantic getaway?
Meet Carol, a caring mother who had a unique request for her son before he embarked on his honeymoon. Surprisingly, her son, Mark, was open to the idea. However, his wife, Jane, wasn’t as thrilled about the proposition.
Carol shared her perspective, saying, “Hi, I’m Carol. Recently, my son got married, and when I thought about their honeymoon, I had the idea to join them. To my surprise, my son agreed, but my daughter-in-law seemed hesitant.”
